Now, with a Hot Body Sweat Guide, I'll continue my LSF journey–can't wait! What do you want to do your favorite LSF workout? And what is your favorite Katie's workout video? One of my favorite workouts is the Barre Boot Camp – this one was in the SSU multiple times and not only I loved it, but it also showed how much I was improving throughout the challenge. I also LOVE all the videos, because they’re short and fun and give you no excuses to not do them. If I had to choose one, it’d be the new Inner+Outer Thigh Workout. What's your secret for LSF? It can be from the IG of Katie or the blog, anything! I love breakfast so my favorite is overnight oats from Peaches & Cream!! So good, so good! What's the most difficult part to work for you? Try new demanding workouts. Especially with the SSU, I'd be disappointed when I first got the workouts if I couldn't get to the board as long as somebody else did, Or two push-ups were the maximum number. With time, however, I learned that I'm getting better every day and that these two push-ups slowly turn into 5, 10 and 20 What's your area of problem? Definitely my hips–I like the curves and wouldn't want anything to change, but the goal is to tone the whole body, and particularly hips.

Before I entered, I followed @lovesweatfitness for the longest time. I've always enjoyed her stories, pictures and videos. But I always felt I wouldn't be able to achieve the same results she did ... until I saw she had a huge girls team doing it with her. One day I looked at many LSF girls ' accounts and their lifestyle changes were the most inspiring and made me want to meet them. What's your best advice about beginning a fitness routine for other girls? Start this today. If you keep putting it off until Monday or next week or whatever, you're never going to start.
