Realized that we're always talking about eating the right food and working out to be healthy, but there's more to the overall health of the body. Our skin care, hair, nails and teeth are the things we most overlook! The foods we eat certainly have an effect on all of these, but just as significant is what we use to take care of them. I've just shared my skin care routine with you guys, and I definitely have to change my body, but I've never really worried about teeth care. Dental care? Dental Hygiene? This way, you're having it.
I definitely had 99 problems and my teeth are 1 You know I've got super sensitive teeth when you saw my message on IG last week. I'm pretty sure I've been talking about 10 times in the last two years from the dentist chair. It's ridiculous. I've had problems with my teeth since I was a little girl and it's frustrating because I'm like a dental patient with A+. I don't eat sugar-added processed foods, I floss every day and brush the whole 2 minutes twice a day. Each time I go to the dentist and recurring nightmares about my teeth falling out, I somehow seem to have cavities or other strange issues. It's incredible. For as long as I can remember, I've been using a toothpaste about tolerance, but it tastes pretty bad and doesn't do anything to relieve the latte turmeric on my lips. Have you seen how intense this color is on my daily clip in the fall night? I tried my dentist's whitening kit, but it made my teeth so incredibly sensitive for five days (shocking). Some things are simply not worth it And that's one thing.
Choice to find new ones Around two weeks ago @Crest, with two separate toothpastes, Enamel Care & Sensitivity Care, launched their new Whitening Therapy Collection and they're pretty awesome. All pastes have protection against enamel and fluoride that is necessary for ANYONE to combat cavities. Besides, both have extreme whitening benefits AND the sensitive one naturally also relieves pain of exposure! I tried both of them and they both seemed good, but I used the Care sensitivity the most and I loved it. The best part is that at any Target store you can get them. It would be better for me to go to my dentist whenever I need a new toothpaste. What I love so far ... It has a good taste. New minty flavor without minty, you know? Ryan & I can use the same toothpaste everywhere (he always used Crest 3D White for such an easy transition) My teeth didn't have any resistance. I smile so it's great to have something I know not only to make it look better, but also to keep my mouth healthy! If you want to test them head to Target for # WhitenwithBenefits?
Yes, all of you know that I just share brands and products that I personally use and love! Through their relationship with Target, Crest funded this article. While I was paid for writing a post about Crest, my thoughts are all my own and I think 100%
