Who is Gary Watson?

As far as so-called experts trying to sell the latest fat-burning method, Gary Watson has the pedigree to be credible. He finished B.S. in Kinesiology, along with a correlate in Performance Nutrition, at the University of Illinois in 1992.

He went on to take graduate courses on aging and exercise, as well as physical education. He got his certification as strength and conditioning specialist in November of 1992 and went on to teach members of the East Bank Club in Chicago as one of the personal trainers there.
It wasn’t until January of 1995 when he discovered the Gary Watson Training Systems, an extensive conditioning, lifestyle change, and weight-loss program.
